摘要: | 發展中的遙控無人機飛航管理(UAS Traffic Management, UTM)系統融入遠端識別(Remote ID)及控制站識別(Station ID)規範,建置階層式的全國型UTM(National UTM, NUTM)及屬於地方政府權責的區域型UTM(Regional UTM, RUTM),執行400呎限制的遙控無人機的飛航與管理。無人機系統作業的感測與避讓(DAA)是無人機監視與管理下最重要的功能,利用UTM即時追蹤的數據,參考有人機的航情警示與空中避讓系統(TACS),以預估碰撞時間的軟體演算,進行感測與避撞,建立無人機的安全管理。
The developing UAS Traffic Management (UTM) system has included the Remote ID and Station ID into system specification into the hierarchical configuration of National UTM for the whole country and Regional UTM for local governments in 400 feet flight surveillance and management. The detect and avoid (DAA) in the UAS operation is the most important function for surveillance and management.
